For IT partners

Your clients ask you to fix their software. Send them to us.

For IT support companies and MSPs. When a client's web app or line-of-business system breaks, or has to move off an old server, we pick up the software work so you don't have to turn it away.

How a partnership works

You run the IT. We fix the software.

Your client
You keep the relationship and the IT support. We only touch the software.
Two ways
Refer the work to us, or resell it under your own name.
No overlap
We never sell IT support, Microsoft 365 or hardware to your clients.
Terms
Standard partner terms, agreed with you up front.

What partners send us

Broken line-of-business apps
The booking system, client portal or internal tool that's throwing errors, and the developer who built it is long gone.
Apps stuck on old servers
You're retiring Windows Server 2012 R2 or 2016, but a .NET app on it can't simply be moved. We get it onto supported hosting.
Microsoft 365 and API integrations
Connecting a client's system to Microsoft 365, accounting software or a supplier's API, beyond what Power Automate can do.
Moves to Azure
Line-of-business apps your client wants in Azure: hosting, databases and pipelines set up properly.
Ongoing app care
A monthly care plan for the client's app, so software tickets stop landing on your helpdesk.

Why now

Server and framework deadlines are when apps that 'just work' suddenly need a developer.

Questions

Will you try to take over our client?
No. We don't do IT support, networks, Microsoft 365 licensing or hardware, and we never pitch those to your clients. If they ask, we send them back to you.
Referral or white-label: what's the difference?
With a referral we contract with your client directly and you stay their IT partner. With white-label you contract with us and bill your client under your name. Either way, terms are agreed with you before any work starts.
What do you charge our clients?
Care plans are published on our site. Emergency fixes and projects are quoted after a free call. For white-label work you set your own price to the client.
What technologies do you cover?
C# and .NET from .NET Framework to .NET 10: ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, Web API, WCF, SQL Server, Azure, and Angular on the front end.
Can you check an app before we refer it?
Yes. Run our free app check on the client's address, or send us the details and we'll tell you what we see.

Got a client with a software problem?

Tell us about it, or about your client base, and we'll agree how we can work together.
